Tanaman Hoya dan Lipstick termasuk tanaman hias yang sudah mulai sulit ditemui. Hal tersebut melatarbelakangi peneliti LIPI di kebun raya Bogor untuk melakukan perbanyakan pemuliaan tanaman hoya.

Hoya and Lipstick plants are ornamental plants. Nowadays, these plants has started to become rare and difficult to be found. It is LIPI researchers at the Bogor Botanical Garden, conducted an effort to increase the population of the plants by multiplication of Hoya plant breeding.
